Prevent current policies being loaded on next boot

Dear Techie,

How to prevent the current policies being loaded during the next boot? I reconfigured the enforcement server with a new network settings and I had moved it to another new network. I would like the old local policies are not loaded when the server reboot as usual. Please advise. Thanks.
