| Hello, I have defined two resource rules for blocking sites. But some users round this rules by forwarding traffic to an another proxy. How to block this traffic's type more properly? |

| We block this by disallowing proxies in IE through Active directory Group policy... we also figured out other browsers such as Firefox we used this site we fouind.
