Default What happened to CPEthereal?

I'm trying to find the utility and it isn't on their site anymore. Does anyone know where I can get it anymore?

Not the same... CPEthereal has FW CTL interpreters that shows the packet traversing interfaces in all 4 phases.

Edit: This is strange. On my desktop, I have CPEthereal installed and Wireshark. Wireshark will read the FW chain. However, on my laptop, I just have Wireshark installed (same build) and it does not read the chain. Since wireshark was previously ethereal, I assume this means it can share the library and display the chain if the CP version is installed. Anyone know more about this program?

No clue why they took it down, my bookmark for it gives me: "access forbidden"

In Wireshark go Edit > Preferences > Ethernet and check "Attempt to interpret as Firewall-1 Monitor File".

Wow, it does interpret it correctly (tested on same capture). I wonder why my desktop install had it turned on but not my laptop. Maybe because it reads in the CPethereal settings when it installed, whereas the laptop install was virgin.

Thanks for the info rokudan.
