Default Safe@500 and download topology

Hi, I have got Safe@Office 500W.
I wolud like to established VPN site to site between that Safe and CheckPoint R65 (on Windows Platform). I want that VPN should download the topology.
I set shared passowrd (to VPN) and set name and password of user (who is able to establish VPN).

Autenthication is by RaDIUS.
If I establish connection be Secureclient everything is ok, but when I try do it from Safe@Office, I get that message:

Information: reason: No user password specified.
Encryption Scheme: SSL
Reject Reason: SecureClient authentication failure
Subproduct: VPN
VPN Feature: SecureClients

Is anybody help me?
regards
pawel
