WebFiltering - NGX R65 messaging security - update problem

Hi,

I got a error message when I tried to update Webfiltring engine.

"module is currently in the middle of a previous update process"

However, the webfiltering engine works but the update is not up-to-date since last 3 days.

What is the process if I want to kill it? or Why this error occurs so often ?

Uncheck it from the firewall object and push policy. Then check the option again and push policy again. Try your update now.

The issue is ...

frequently the update failed and install update failed too.

But the most important thing is that randomly some users works and other do not work when AV and Webfiltering are enabled.

Now, both modules are unchecked.

any solution ? about this issue

Please contact support on this. As Messaging Security is still a new product, support really needs to be able to track any issues and there isn't going to be a lot of experience in the field to answer anything but the basic questions yet.
