Outbound HTTPS default time out?

Does anyone know what the default time-out value is for outbound HTTPS?

According to MS documentation, we should have this set somewhere between 15 and 30 minutes. This allows fewer new HTTPS requests to be generated for mobile ActiveSync users, thus giving them longer battery life on their handhelds.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
