Default CP products don't start automatically after reboot

When I reboot a Nokia running CP NG-AI-R54, the CP products dont start automatically until I do it manually. I have tried the "Automatic start of Check Point Products" and that did not solve the problem. Can anyone help please?

Go into Nokia Voyager or lynx and under the "managed packages", you can
decide there to turn on the product automatically.

thank you for your response. I have the products turned on already in voyager.

Here is my Config: I have an HA setup. Rebooting the Master to test the resilience led to this problem. While the Master is down, the backup comes online which is good. But when the Master boots fully, the VRRP status shows that the master is now "Master" but it does not have any policy loaded. the policy is only loaded when I manually do CPSTART. I would not want to think it has anytthing to do with the HA but I am lost as to what is the cause and how to solve it.

Any idea will be appreciated.

Best Regards
