Checkpoint cpinfo assistance

I have a P-1 (manager + Container) in the same box running R55 with HFA_20.
I have a single CMA in there.

I need to generate a cpinfo and send it to checkpoint for analysis. However
when I tried to run cpinfo, I get this:

Not only that, I can NOT view the policy from the cmacpinfo.txt file via infoview or infoview for P-1.

Anyone know how to fix it? Thanks.
