OK, I just like to say thank you for all the help I've received on this one.

This is now working!

To get it working I did set the clock on both the management server & the enforcemnt module by a year! I then stop and started Checkpoint services on BOTH boxes & re-established sic & Voila!
Now this is working!

I'm just confused as to how this fix worked. Anybody have a clue?
