| Can anyone help me identify what the following syslog message might hint at being wrong? There are hundreds upon thousands of this exact same entry for each day of logs. We have multiple firewalls sending to this particular log server and it is several of them that are all getting this error: [LOG_ERR] snmpd: Received request with invalid community Any and all help is greatly appreciated Thanks |

| The only place "community" is used in Check Point itself that I know of concerns VPNs. It may also be that the SNMP community password was changed but those firewalls didn't get the change or they're using the wrong SNMP version. HTH, Ray |
