Hi all,
does anyone have experience about error on the dll cpprodso.dll running the upgrade_export command ?

I did an upgrade on a Smartcenter from NGFP2 to NGX Hfa01 ( the os is win2000server) end everything works fine , the smartcenter is working , but the tool doesn't work( and I always see the error on that dll)....
