rtsp problem

hello,

i have a site which don't work if behind checkpoint firewall, no error in the logs

click "écoutez l'émission du vendredi 9 novembre 2007" on top at right

but impossible to play it (it's not a media player error)

i opened it with notepad and see that it's a streaming ("rtsp://...")

i autorize rtsp protocol in firewall rules but impossible to play it from work
no error in the logs
it works from my home

is it a error from me or is it reproductible ?

Similar problem we faced was found to be due to MTU size. Our ISP was blocking traffic bigger than 1400 B. that means the Path MTU was not getting communicated properly, so we permitted ICMP in Smart defence, which is used for this purpose. There after we decreased the MTU of Server to 1400 and every thing worked fine.
