Default Web Browsing/Connection issues

Hi All,

I have an IP330 running IPSO 4.0 and R61. I just re-installed everything on it over the weekend so its still running on the trial licence... (just in case this makes any difference). I am fairly new to Checkpoint so be nice :)

Problem part 1: I can browse the net but about 20% of all pages don't load or have strange issues. Examples of what is happening:
I had a mate test these sites at the same time as I was having the issues an they all worked fine for him.

Part 2: I had a ping running to an external dns server while I was getting the pppoe working. the ping never came up but the net started working. I changed the ping to the secondary DNS and that ping worked.. ok, no prob the dns is down I thought so I started using the DNS of a seperate ISP for testing. A while later I was doing the same sort of testing using this new IP and it wouldn't work same as the first test. So I ping another IP and it worked... The chances of these servers going down just while I am testing is fairly slim so it seems as though this is part of a larger problem.

What is going on here!!! Anyone help? :D
