Report Generation

Hi all

As a part of my job I need to create reports on monthly basis.
I need to give:
1) Packets accepted, packets dropped, packets logged
2) CPU Usage
3) Memory Usage
4) System uptime.

We have Smart View Tracker, Smart View Status, Smart View Update.
How can we genetate logs for defined period.

If any free tool available ?
How can I automate this process..
