Default SNX/NGX problem. IE is closing because of an error.

I am using NGX with the SSL Network Extender (SNX). I am also using office mode. Additionally, our internal network addresses do not belong to us (long story). What seems to be happening, is that some users are authenticating to the VPN, and then shortly thereafter IE closes because of an error that needs to be debugged. Some users can leave the error message on the screen and continue to work on the VPN...sometimes it doesn't work. A network capture shows a reverse DNS lookup using the PC's assigned DNS server(which will be using the internet for its' queries)...NOT the Office mode assigned (internal) DNS server. Shortly after this lookup, the problem occurs. It is not consistant...it seems to be mostly if not primarily XP systems. And not all of our users experience this.

I am not sure if the reverse lookup is causing the problem or not. BUT if I statically assign an obviously non-valid DNS server (1.2.3.4) OR statically assign an internal server (which never gets contacted, because the tunnel has not been created yet), it works like a charm.

My question is, is there a way to disable the reverse lookup on the client side with SNX?
