I have never seen that and I have a couple of XP clients here. They are running without a problem. Not sure what may be causing it. Maybe a problem with the NGX client and the drivers of the network card(s) you are using. Presuming that you are using all the same network cards in all clients. Otherwise if your company makes any modifications to the XP image it may have something to do with it.

ditto, i've used NG on at least 5 different XP clients and never seen a bluescreen. check with your windows admins about SOE changes and network drivers..

What was changed 3 weeks ago? It wouldn't/shouldn't have just started on it's own.

you are right,

no major updates. only the automatic microsoft update and the automic virus scanner updates.

but 1. no program should produce a blue screen
2. an other xp pc has the same problem

I'm using SecuRemote NGX on my XP-based laptop, I have no problems at all.

how about some configuration details:
patch levels of OS (including recently applied hotfixes)
av software/signatures

Can you give us detailed info on the exact BSOD you're getting?

have you modified your enforcement point(s)? applied HFA_01 for instance?

I would start with the Microsoft updates, if you remove the ones installed in the past few weeks do you have the same problem?

Did anyone find a solution to this?

I have had this problem on my IBM t40 runing XP. This has happened ever since i bought the computer. I have never been able to connect. As soon as the connection is made, I get blue screen of death.

This happend with XP sp1, so i upgraded to XP sp2, still the same problem.

I am having to use an old computer to connect to the VPN, and transfer files between this and my IBM. Not an ideal situation

Can anyone help?(please!!!)

Si
