| hi there, we have problems with the checkpoint ngx and earlier versions. as soon as the message connect succed appears we get a bluescreen. on every xp client the same problem. does anyone of you have an idea where the problem could be? (xp firewall service is not running) thanky you in advance bernd |

| I have never seen that and I have a couple of XP clients here. They are running without a problem. Not sure what may be causing it. Maybe a problem with the NGX client and the drivers of the network card(s) you are using. Presuming that you are using all the same network cards in all clients. Otherwise if your company makes any modifications to the XP image it may have something to do with it. |

| I'm using SecuRemote NGX on my XP-based laptop, I have no problems at all. how about some configuration details: patch levels of OS (including recently applied hotfixes) av software/signatures Can you give us detailed info on the exact BSOD you're getting? have you modified your enforcement point(s)? applied HFA_01 for instance? | Did anyone find a solution to this? I have had this problem on my IBM t40 runing XP. This has happened ever since i bought the computer. I have never been able to connect. As soon as the connection is made, I get blue screen of death. This happend with XP sp1, so i upgraded to XP sp2, still the same problem. I am having to use an old computer to connect to the VPN, and transfer files between this and my IBM. Not an ideal situation Can anyone help?(please!!!) Si |
