Upgrading Patch utility to upgrade to NG AI R55

I have to upgrade a NG-FP3 FW-1 to NG-AI R55. (On a SecurePlatform)

The upgrade guide says I must first upgrade the Patch Utility.
But the Patch upgrade utility is not on the Checkpoint site .
How can I get it ?
