Default Can anyone help me with InfoView??

II can successfully open a cpinfo.txt file with infoview, but when i try and launch the policy viewer, it loads the logon pad, with demo mode ticked, and infoview as the detail. When i click connect it errors stating that can not connect to database?

does anyone have any experience on using this?

Thanks

You need to make sure you using the correct Gui client software to view the SmartDash. I would double check you have setup the correct setting on the menu bar:

View/Options

Then in the window goto Directories. You need have the Gui fwpolicy.exe setup for your correct gui client.

or you Cpinfo is corrupt, Is this Cpinfo from the mgmt station or module?

hope this helps

Dan
