Default fwauth.NDB files

I have noticed that a directory on the C drive of our Windows 2000 Checkpoint Smartcentre server (C\Program Files\Checkpoint\NGGCMP\Conf ) is getting filled with "fwauth.NDB" files. From the available literature I believe that these files contain copies of the user database. Do you guys know if it's OK to move these files to another area (or to delete them) ? Any advice would be greatfully recieved !! Thanks
