Two Port Forwarding Issue

Hey,

I have NGX R65, that i have 2 issues with it :

1. I've opened Port Forwarding to station in LAN with a Service (Other) - SRV_REDIRECT(21,10.0.0.100,21)
and same for port 20
SRV_REDIRECT(20,10.0.0.100,20)

But somehow, the FTP connection is opening, but the Data connection dont start, anything u can think of ?

2. How i do Port Forwarding for UDP protocol ?
cuz i've tried to input Protocol number 17 and SRV_REDIRECT(64210,10.0.0.100,64200), and it doesnt work.

I'de be happy to hear your suggestions.
