Default Re: Managment server object name

Work it out see steps below.

0) change name of windows server

1) detach licence from server with smart update

2) edit the server object and change name

3) remove objects from VPN Communities

4) remove the objects from the install on column - right click policy targets -> add -> targets -> select targets -> remove

5) uncheck VPN in each object

6) from command line - fwm sic_reset

7) cpconfig - change certificate authority

8) reboot windows server

9) run cpconfig and add licecse

10) cprestart

11) re-check the vpn box in general properties, make sure to re-check policy rserver for remote access

12) click OK to generate a certificate

13) verify VPN encryption domains

14) add gateways back to VPN communities

15) reset sic on the gateways useing cpconfig

16) install the policy. You will need to add the policy targets. select targets -> add targets -> ok
