Unable to connect to Windows Fileshare

After installing UserAuthority (NGX R61) on a Windows Server 2003 (citrix) we are not able to connect to Fileshares on that Server.

Windows returns following error-message:
net use x: \\127.0.0.1\test
System error 64 has occurred. (ERROR_NETNAME_DELETED )
The specified network name is no longer available.

Any ideas?
