So how do I fix this?

So far this doesn't seem to be causing any issues on Nokia. The dynamic_objects were created. So how do I get this error message to go away?

FYI -
On the Crossbeam platform, this seems to pretty much be a show stopper. When policy is installed all traffic is dropped. When you unload the policy, traffic will flow. Of course dynamic_objects wasn't created (I didn't install, just doing a bit of after the fact troubleshooting). Of course this could just be on the hellish C30 that it's a problem. Then again, it may be another problem altogether. I hate the C30 with all my heart.
