Default problem with owa

I have a Checkpoint FW and one of my users are attempting to access mail on a remote OWA server from within the organisation. She can connect to the site no problems even see the hierachy of mail items listed in the left windows, e.g Calender, Contacts, deleted items Inbox etc. When she click on the inbox, the screen stops at loading and nothing happens. Basically she cannot view any of the folders. She can access this remote OWA server from every other location except the office. I also tried it from my home and had no problems. Do I have to open some port on the FW?

What version of FW-1 are you running?
Do you see anything in the logs?
What, if any SmartDefense and Web Intelligence protections do you have enabled?

Check smart defense. There will be a protection enabled that will be causing the problem. You may have to play with a few smart defense settings - I have experienced OWA problems and changing settings based on what is reported in the FW log doesn't always clear the problem.
