Default Policy install failed: No space left on device

We are using R62 VPN1-Pro (or whatever they call it now). We have a smart center running on win2003 and 2 SPLAT firewalls. When I try to install the policies to one of our firewalls I get an error saying that there is no space left on device. I cross checked the filesystems on both fw's and they match (as far as % left). I don't know why I would be getting this error. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!

Can you give us output "df -H" from modules and free space from Windows SmartCenter?
