Operational Status Down

We are currently using Smart Platform Pro 6.2 and I have SNMP enabled on the device. When I do a SNMP walk on our fw and look at the interface operational status it shows "2" for being down. However, the interface works just fine. We have 2 firewalls in a cluster and it will failover fine and use that interface for internet traffic with no problem. I can also grab other statistics on that interface. It's just an annoyance that it would show down because now our monitoring software shows the interface as down. Any ideas why this is happening? I have even tried to reinstall the SPLAT FW and that didn't work.
