ERROR: marco identiffier <mcirouter> redefined

I am using NGX R61 on windows 2003 server I have built a cluster using ipso 4.1 on 2 IP390.

The object in brackets I have deleted for a test and still get the error I have also put SmartDefence in monitor and I am on a islated network.
