Default OSE Blues

Howdy all.

I defined an OSE device in SmartDashboard (I do have a license). When I try and install any policy on it I get the following messages:

* Failed to generate Access Lists from rules
* Failed to prepare router

The router OSE definition does include the correct SNMP info and the necessary User IDs and password, and the enable password. I see no attempt from either the firewall logs or the router itself to communicate with the CP management station.

I created a new policy and only have a single rule that attempts to install on OSE. The rule is a simple ACCEPT rule, Any->Mail Server, Service SMTP. This new policy doesn't install.

I'm running NGX R60.

Any ideas?

Thanks,

Jim
