Default Creating/script rules from html

As parts of the change process any an all FW rule changes are submitted by an email in a html format. At the bottom of the email are the rules that need to added or removed. The layout of these rules is as you would on the checkpoint firewall gui

ie
No. Source Destination Service Action etc etc

It also has NAT columns for rules that need to be natt'ed. What I want to know is it possible to convert/script the html email (or other format) to generate the necessary code to create the rules and any necessary objects? ie to automate the whole process with a few key strokes?
The change is also submitted via a standard temple and we are using both NG and NGX on Solairs OS.
