Bad format at name : Syntax Error
When trying to install your security policy, you might get errors such as:

.W: Security Policy Script generated into .pf

Compiled OK.
Installing Security Policy /opt/CKPfw/conf/.pf on all.all@
Failed to Install Security Policy on : No such file or directory
An fw fetch might show:

FireWall-1 does not like comments with ü,ö,ä in them. Remove these characters from the comments and you should be able to install your policy again.
As a side note, you should avoid non-ASCII characters on all your systems. Soon or later you're bound to have trouble. Eventually most software companies do offer a fix, but as soon as a new feature comes out they can break again.
