Enforcement module policy

Is there any tool that Checkpoint do where I can take the policy of an firewall module and back on my new managment module and see the rule base.

No not to my knowledge. Policy on the firewall_module is compiled one and not "reversable" to the regular "format" that you can open-up straight on in your management module.
