enable SSH/HTTPS & disable telnet

How can I make the following changes:

1) disable telnet access
2) enable ssh access
3) enable https access from voyager instead of http.

in voyager menu you have network services where you can disable telnet access

For ssh and https you have to generate a key pair first. Then on voyager access properties you check "require encryption xx bit".
