Provider1 R60 Web Visualization Tool - Failed to bind to DB

Hello,

i try to use the cpdb2html on a cma on provider 1.
i use the following command:

cpdb2html C:\Programme\CheckPoint\SmartConsole\R60\PROGRAM E:\Downloads\cpdb2web_windows IP-Address of CMA user password -o test.html

and i get the following output:

Failed to bind to DB.
Error Reason: General access denied error


Failed to get data from the management server "IP-Address of CMA"!

Removing temporary directory...

can anyone give me a hint?

I have got the same error a few times. Every time it has been user error on my part. Not using the right IP address, username or password.
