Default Load on module failed - There is no valid license for FireWall-1 module

After installation of policy , I am getiing following error.Due to which i am unable to load policy on one of the firewall member in Cluster mode.Earlier everything was fine.

Installation ended with errrors.

Reason: Load on Module failed - There is no valid license for FireWall-1 module. To view existing licenses and add new licenses, use SmartUpdate. For more details on Check Point's licensing, please refer to SecureKnowledge solution sk11054. ( message of member ABC-1 ).

From the looks of the error message, you are missing a license on your ABC-1 firewall. To check the license on the firewall run the command 'cplic print'. If you were using the default eval, it expires after 15 days I think.

Actually , I was using peramanent licence.I found that licence was not pushed on ABC-1. I attached the licence , nw I am able to load policy on cluster without any error.

I have the similar configuration (HA Cluster of 2 VPN-1 Power, SCS-U-U, some Edges) and the same problem. All necessary licenses are exist and installed (attached) on SCS.

Workaround:
De attach some license from SCS and attach it to EM modules:
fw1: CPMP-VFF-U-NGX CPVP-VSR-1000-NGX CPVP-VPS-1-NGX
fw2: CPMP-HVPG-U-NGX CPVP-VPS-1-NGX CPVP-VSR-1000-NGX
All other attached to SCS.

After this policy was installed correctly.

P.S.: Unfortunately I don`t remember after what my activity this problem arise.

Several times, when we did a replacement of a R62 firewall by exact same hardware but just a different box (we have been having a lot of IPSO 4.2 issues and downgraded to 4.1), we found that after establishing the SIC in SmartUpdate the license shows attached. But only when you remove and reattach the license it will keep on working AFTER the 15 day eval license, that is available on a newly installed box, expires.

Maybe this shed's some light?

Regards, Maarten.
