    Two questions

    1) what does rule any-any-NBT-drop means?
    2) can 192.168.1.12(source) - 10.10.5.55(destination) - http - accept
    AND
    10.10.5.55(source) - 192.168.1.12(destination) - http - accept
    be put in single rule....if earlier they were in 2 different rules?

    All of a sudden our voip calls are getting dropped after 30-40 seconds....there was no problem til now in it as our FW was running fine since last 1 year......can nyone tell me what can b d reason for it?........In udp service properties>>advanced option>>virtual session, timeout is set to default(which is 40 sec).........i have changed this interval to 3600sec.....n the prob got resolved.....BUT....i want to know y it was working fine for such a long time and Y all of a sudden this issue came up......thankx

    hi,

    hey we have nokia as gateway anf a seperate pc as smartcenter.....today in morning i found that the time(clock) of the smartcenter server was ahead by 10 min......now when i m logging to the smartcenter server i m getting an error the connection has been refused by smartcenter due to certificate problem:
    1. the smartcenter clock is not setup properly
    2.the certificate is expired
    3. the certificate is invalid.
    4.gui client and smartcenter clock r not sync...


    i have done cprestart after sync the smartcenter and gui client clock....but stil getting the same message......when i backdated the smartcenter and gui client clock then it worked.......but the there is no trust between firewall and smartcenter server...........my smarcenter server and firewall is showing the status untrusted in the smarview monitor......and the staus between smarcenter server and amsterdam is showing OK......what should i do?....its such a mess.....help me!!!

    I have also checked with ICA management tool that the certificate has expired.....how to create a new one...is this causing the problem?....plz give me steps by steps what to do?
