Default HA Smartcenter Server FP3

Hi there,
I have two FP3 management servers running in HA and have encountered a problem. When I try and run Manage High Availability from SmartDashboard on the Primary, the GUI crashes and says "server disconnected".
I then get the following error in the vent viewer:

cpWatchDog: [ERROR] Process FWD terminated abnormally :
Unhandled exception 0xc0000005 (EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION).

In System Status the FW1 module on the primary managment server shows as disconnected and then occasionally changes to connected in a state of "collision". Rebooting and 'cprestart' make no difference.

Any ideas..??
All I can find on Google is a suggestion to backup and reinstall the management server but I really don't want to do that.
