Management HA >> Failed to receive current status.

Hello,

anyone have any idea on this? Getting this on the primary management server running SPAT (NGX65)

This is a new install and has never worked in HA mode.

Error we are getting:

Failed to receive current status.
Reason: Management High Availability feature is disabled.

We just went through this issue. Do the following:

do a cptop then delete (better to rename) files in:

/opt/CPsuite-R65/fw1/conf/mgha

do a cpstart

Thanks also for posting this ! Just happened to me aswell and the solution works . I hope there is a sk on this somewhere.
