Default Can't connect in write mode on my Secondary management

Checkpoint R65
Solaris10

When i try to connect in Write mode on my Secondary management i have only the choice to connect in read mode

Normally you would only connect to the secondary in read only unless you promote the box to become the active management server.

This is my problem, when i log to the secondary, i cant promote it to active

i have a box "read only or cancel"


I have other client with these seting but not this problem
