Default HA Sync errors

I have a problem with HA and Synchronisation. HA server (R61) reports that the secondary as not reachable and failed to connect to peer

On my secondary server the FWM process is terminated with the following:

Error: "cpWatchDog: [ERROR] Process FWD terminated abnormally : Unhandled exception 0xc0000005 (EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION)."

I have applied the fix as suggested by CP (Clear log directory) but this has not worked.

Any one come across this problem before, I would appreciate any help. I was thinking of rebuilding the Secondary but I'm not sure if it is a configuration error, which would make the rebuild pointless.

regards

Andy

reset sic on the backup SC and then force a sync after you establish sic again.

You can try using InfoView and compare the CpInfo from both servers. We had a similar issue and the TAC support guys did this and found that one of the files were corrupted.Hope you have a support contract with someone.

Do this and reset sic then make sure that fwm is running on the box.

CPSTOP, followed by removing all files in $FWDIR/conf/mgha on both boxes then CPSTART both

When logged into Dashboard on the Primary/Active, POLICY---Management High Availability showed the status as 'Never Sync'd'
