I too have this message..my package repository shows packages, but none of the packages are present on the system(manually deleted without using smartupdate i think). Im thinking to use dbedit to remove the entries..any ideas? then retry the sync... any ideas?

Or you could try putting the packages back, then deleting them from SmartUpdate. Probably enough just to touch the filenames, I wouldn't think you would need the full files. What happens if you try and delete the package from SmartUpdate, even though the actual file is no longer there?

When i try to delete it says this package is set as default(which it is not-none of them are or one or more devices is using it)..I think ill try putting the packages back and then deleting..before i use the dbedit..
