In order to use "Load Sharing" you need a ClusterXL

In the cluster object, under ClusterXL chose "Load Sharing" and push policy

Depending on what platform you are running this on will impact what configuration changes you need to make to the OS.

SecurePlatform for example requires edits to a discntd.if and the fwkern.conf files to tune the setting on the OS to allow ClusterXL to work correctly.
