Policy > Management High Availability grayed out...

I'm trying to bring online a Secondary Management Server. Its Linux based.

I've installed the license on my console, cplic print proves that to me. Then I was able to establish the SIC between my Primary and Secondary. However, the next step (I think) is to synchornize it by clicking Policy > Management High Availability in the Dashboard but this option is grayed out. I am not sure what to do at this point.

Any helpful hints would be greatly appreciated.
