Linux 2.6 Kernel

I'm new to checkpoint and I'm wondering if FW-1 R55 for linux has 2.6.x kernel modules out or if I'm going to have to compile and install a 2.4 kernel.

if you use secure platform you don't have to worry about any of that, it comes with it's own hardened kernel

heh but I don't have secure platform. I dug around Checkpoint's site (where is it written that all network security sites must have cryptic websites?) and all the documentation I found stated that they don't support the 2.6 kernel at all, yet all their advisories contiain info for users with a 2.6 kernel, bizzare.
