Default Firewall-1 4.1 very slowly in Red Hat 6.0

Hi folks,

Some one can give me a help about this question ???

My Firewall-1 4.1 is very slow, some times I canīt connect the Log Viewer, but some time I can.. I see vmstat and top and the use of cpu is normal, but I donīt understand what is happening with this firewall...

Some one know some command or procedure for analysis of firewall ?

Regards,

Renato_rj.

In 4.1 the log viewer was really slowed down with name resolution on. I would STRONGLY recommend upgrading as you are running a non-supported version (current version is 6.2 with 6.5 in beta now)

I know that Log Viewer is slow... But, the machine is slow, some time I canīt connect the Policy Editor (or Log Viewer) and some time I can...
I looked the exit of the top and vmstat command and I donīt find any thing wrong, but the Firewall-1 is very slow and lost some connection....

Do you know any procedure for analisys for Firewall-1 ?

Thanks,

Renato_rj.
