i know the diff between load balancing and management HA...can anyone enlighten me about theiry licensing part...thanks

Load balancing on gateways require the ClusterXL license

For Management HA, there is a management HA license available for SmartCenter UTM. Management HA is included with SmartCenter Power (or the older Pro) license.
