i have 30 days lic for my UTM demo unit...it has central lic attach with 1 of the ip address.....now can i change this ip address...i mean i want that the lic should be associated with a new ip address...is it possible now?

One more note... If you happen to be using the UTM-1 appliances, do note that the licenses are "fixed" the smartcenter and gateway cannot be seperately taken out like a normal checkpoint license...

so if i have a central lic for smartcenter and local lic for gateway....and i donot suscribe for any smartdefense services...r these central and local lic permanent...means i donot have to renew them on yearly basis?

Yes they are. They do [b]not[\b] entitle you to upgrades. That is a renewable contract (Software Subscription).
