Trying to add CPMP-SCT-5-NGX license in SmartUpdate

Hi there

I am trying to add CPMP-SCT-5-NGX license to my R62 SmartCentre server. However it just sits there saying "operation started" and never completes. I have updated the cp.macro file but this does not help.

There are no errors that I can see so its difficult to see what the issue is.

Anyone else seen this ? Or have any ideas ?

Just to let you all know I have resolved this.

Its an IP address issue. The SmartCentre Server is running on a Nokia and not on the server running SmartConsole. So I had to change the IP adress in the license to get it picked up by Smartupdate.

Maybe this will help someone. I have to say the CP licensing is a bit of a nightmare to sort out !!
