Licence Help

Need some help with a licence problem. Got a new Nokia with IPSO4.2 and NGX R62, very basic install, standalone using UTM. Got a licence CPXP-CI-VPX-250-NGX which i have tried installing as local and central on the outside and inside ip. when i add lic via smartupdate either way it takes it fine, but then if im not logged into dashboard i get no valid licence for smartcentre, if i am logged in i get when pushing a policy fw: no licence for filter.

Can anyone help in letting me know if this licence would be ok for this setup.

Looking at the license string you published then yes I can't see a license for the management SmartCenter part at all.

You appear to have a purely gateway license there.

If all on one box then you would effectively see two license string attached,

1 for the gateway and one for the Smartcenter.

Do you have any other licenses installed.

I am wondering if you are mixing UTM licensing with the UTM-1 Appliances where the 1 license covers everything.
