Default Checkpoint UTM-1 and Floodgate
Hello

We like to buy a Checkpoint VPN-1 UM License (CPUTM-CKP-3-250). But we also need QoS (Floodgate). Can we just add a Floodgate Licesnse (CPUTM-QOS-1) to achive this?

Yes you can, bear in mind however that some of the UTM prevents traffic shaping from taking place so make sure that you read the release notes very carefully.

Thanks for the answer. Can you give me some hints what I have to look for in the release notes? (I asume you mean the UTM-1 R65 release notes). Would it make easier not to overlook some important fact.
