Default What does "LS-" mean on the SKU?

I'm trying to rationalize all these old licenses we have and aren't using, and to do some 'horse trading' with my account rep and save some dough. I've seen these SKUs before, but never really paid attention until today. What, exactly, does the 'LS-' specifically mean when looking at these two products?
  • CPVP-VEE-U-NG : VPN-1 Enterprise Center for an unlimited number of IP addresses
  • LS-CPVP-VEE-U-NG : VPN-1 Enterprise Center/U

Is the second a bundled SmartCenter for a single FW? I don't get the difference here, which one should I keep so I can deploy a SmartCenter in the future?

LS = Legacy Subscription. This was a SKU CP used for a while to get people back under maintenance when it had lapsed. It had a (slightly) more attractive price point. Don't think it's offered any more.
